Thank you for shopping with us. We’re a small, family-run business and we truly appreciate your support. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened, unused and sealed items. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us at info@logic.skin within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the item and packaging to help us investigate.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs incurred.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items where the seal has been broken
- Free gifts or promotional items
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@logic.skin with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll respond within 2 working days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
