Shipping Options

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK.

Standard Delivery

• £2.75 (or FREE on orders over £20)
• Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days
• Sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier

Express Delivery

• £3.75
• Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days
• Tracked and prioritised for fast dispatch

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra day or two before contacting us—postal delays can sometimes occur, especially during busy periods. If you still haven’t received your parcel, email us at info@logic.skin and we’ll investigate as soon as possible.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
